Days off work have been a rare occurance this summer so I snapped up the opportunity to venture into the city this Wednesday with a list of galleries to visit, dragging my sister along with me!
Best on the list was Nick Gentry's face made from Floppy Disks (which you can see on in Instagram @tanushrid ), and Mr. Brainwash's work at The Opera Gallery on New Bond St, the collection of prints and drawings in The British Museum's - Arcimboldo to Kitja exhibition, and the Paper installation at the Saatchi Gallery. We also decided to take a detour to The Shard while at the Tate which is Amazing, if you haven't seen it yet....What are you waiting for?!
Anyway, so it was the perfect excuse to pull out my new fringe skirt which I've been dying to wear, dressed down with an oversized white shirt for something light, confortable and casual, perfect for a long day! :)
