With a number of countries still on my bucket list, picking
destinations proves pretty difficult. This year round the choice was pretty
easy as it meant we could squeeze in some wedding shopping before returning
home!
Delhi is a whole new world of chaos and congestion, but the
forts and palaces of Rajasthan are set to mesmerise (needless to mention the
Taj Mahal!).
India is a beautiful country rich with elaborate architecture,
history, culture and colour everywhere you look. It provided the perfect escape from everyday events
and a few seconds in the scorching sun gave a glow that British sun just can’t
offer. It also explains the barely there appeal of the holiday wardrobe.
